Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Plumma's Vision website. By browsing the site, submitting an inquiry, or accessing a client gallery, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Inquiries and bookings

Submitting the contact form sends us a request — it is not a confirmed booking and does not create a contract on its own. A shoot is only confirmed once we've spoken directly and agreed on the details, date, and price. Any quote, pricing, or availability is communicated to you individually and may change until confirmed.

Client galleries and downloads

Finished galleries are shared through a private link intended only for you. These links may expire after a set time and can be protected with a password, so please don't post the link publicly or share it with others. What you may do with the photographs themselves — printing, sharing, commercial use — is set out on our Photo Licensing & Copyright page. Access to paid galleries may depend on payment being complete.

Intellectual property

All photographs, along with the site's text, design, and branding, are the property of Plumma's Vision and are protected by copyright. Nothing on this site transfers ownership of any image to you. You may not copy, scrape, resell, redistribute, or use any content or photograph except as expressly permitted in writing or under the licensing terms provided with your gallery.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the site for anything unlawful
• Don't attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its admin area
• Don't use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download images or content

The site is provided "as is"

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. The site and its content are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Plumma's Vision is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the website. This does not affect any separate agreement covering an actual shoot, which will have its own terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
