Who this covers

This policy explains how Plumma's Vision ("we," "us," or "our") handles personal information collected through this website — including the contact form, client gallery deliveries, and general browsing. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.

What we collect

When you fill out the inquiry form, you choose to share:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Details about your vehicle (make & model), location, the type of shoot you want, preferred date and time, and budget range
• Your preferred way to be contacted (call, text, or email)
• Any optional inspiration photo you upload to show the look you're after

When we deliver a finished gallery, our system also records basic activity on that private link — such as when the link was first opened and when photos were downloaded — so we know your images arrived.

Like most websites, our host automatically logs standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and answer your questions
• To plan, schedule, and carry out your shoot
• To send you your finished gallery and any related messages
• To keep records of our work together and handle payment

We will only ever contact you about your inquiry or your photos. We don't send marketing blasts, and we don't add you to any list without you asking.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the trusted services that make this site work, and only as needed:

• Supabase — securely stores inquiries, gallery data, and admin account information
• Cloudflare — stores and serves photo files (gallery images, full-resolution originals, and any inspiration photo you upload), and runs the bot-protection check (Turnstile) on our forms, which briefly processes technical signals such as your IP address to tell people from bots
• Netlify — hosts and serves the website
• Our email provider — delivers notification and confirmation emails

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and analytics

The public site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The admin area uses a secure sign-in cookie strictly to keep authorized admins logged in.

To understand how the site is used, we count visits with a privacy-friendly, cookieless method. Your IP address and browser details are used only for a moment — to generate a daily anonymous visitor count, note general information such as country, browser, device, and operating-system type, and filter out automated bot traffic. All of that becomes anonymous, aggregate statistics: we never store your IP address, we don't set any cookie for this, and none of it can be used to identify you personally.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to serve you and for our own business records. Client galleries are shared through private links that expire after a set period. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see below.

How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit, stored with row-level access controls, and the admin panel is protected by two-factor authentication. Client galleries are served from private storage through temporary links — both the preview images and the original full-resolution files on a delivery aren't publicly accessible and stop working once the link expires.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we have, correct it, or delete it. Just email mike@plummasvision.com and we'll take care of it.

Children

This site isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy as the business grows. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date at the top.
